Gunite / Shotcrete machine

A gunite machine, also known as a shotcrete machine, is equipment used in construction to accurately and efficiently apply a layer of mortar or shotcrete onto surfaces, such as walls, ceilings or structures. Gunite is a material composed of cement, sand, water and, sometimes, additives, which is mixed and projected at high speed onto the surface to be coated. This is typically done to strengthen or protect the structure, provide a smooth or textured finish, or for other construction purposes.

Gunite machines are common in tunnel construction projects, structural repair, pool lining, pool construction applications, and anywhere where a uniform and controlled layer of mortar or shotcrete is needed.

These machines are designed to work with high density and viscosity materials, and are usually equipped with a pump that drives the material through a hose to a spray nozzle. Material speed and pressure can be adjusted to control the thickness and texture of the sprayed layer. Additionally, the operator directs the nozzle to ensure that the material is applied evenly and to the desired location.

In short, a gunite machine is an essential tool in structural construction and repair, allowing you to precisely apply layers of mortar or concrete efficiently and uniformly, saving time and resources compared to manual methods.
